Welcome to the official Coaches Tournament Handbook. This guide contains vital venue maps, parking rules, team registration times, tournament regulations, and scheduling details to ensure a smooth and competitive festival experience for all clubs.
📍 Venue Details & Event Map
🚗 Parking Information
Main Car Park: Located on-site at the Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub (Jubilee Way, WA2 8HE). Free to park.
Overflow Car Park: Located adjacent to the Decathlon store. Follow signs for overflow parking.
🚻 Toilet Facilities
Inside the Hub: Standard toilets are located on the ground floor opposite Subway and reception. - Please remove football boots when entering the hub
Accessible Facilities: Accessible toilets and Changing Places changing rooms are located in the wet side corridor.
🚑 First Aid & Lost Children
The **First Aid Tent** is stationed centrally on the main playing fields, positioned adjacent to the **Main Events & Registration Tent**. Qualified first-aiders are on duty all day.
Lost Children: Please report to the main event Orford FC Juniors tent if a child gets lost.
📝 Team Registration & Managers Meeting
Location: Main Events/Registration Tent on the fields.
Team Registration: Please register 30 minutes before your first kick-off.
Managers Meeting: All managers please meet 20 minutes before the first kick-off for the tournament briefing.

📖 Rules & Tournament Regulations
- Format: All age groups play a group stage of 4 teams. Every team progresses to a semi-final: 1st/2nd to the Champions League, 3rd/4th to the Europa League. Knockout format to follow.
- Shin Pads: Must cover at least 70% of the shin. Mini shin pads are prohibited; players wearing them cannot take the field.
- Substitutes: Roll-on/roll-off allowed at any stoppage with referee approval.
- Match Readiness: Teams must report to their pitch within 5 minutes of the previous match ending. Lateness of >3 mins results in a walkover (forfeit).
- Mini-Soccer Rules (U8, U9): All free kicks are direct (defenders must stand 5 yards back). Pass-backs to the goalkeeper are allowed. Goalkeepers can throw or drop-kick (letting it bounce first). No off-sides.
- No Academy Players: No registered academy players are allowed to participate.
